We want you to be completely satisfied with your rug. If you're not, we offer a return policy under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

☉ The rug must be in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

☉ Returns must be made within 4 days of delivery.

Return Process:

• Notify us via phone or email within 48 hours of delivery.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping, and we recommend using a trackable method.

• After inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping fees.

Important:

• The 4-day period starts from the date of delivery.

• Rugs that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be eligible for return.

•Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the returned rug.
